MEDSPA CANCELLATIONS UNDER 48 HOURS & NO SHOW POLICY
Office visits including Botox/Dysport/Xeomin appointments: $100 will be charged with less than 24-hour notice or no show.
In-Office treatments, such as filler treatments, laser, hair reduction, IPL, microneedling, Ultherapy, Thermi, CoolSculpting, acoustic massage, HydraFacial, facials, chemical peels, massage, PRP injections and minor in office surgeries: $200 will be charged with less than 48 hours’ notice or no show.
LATE TO APPOINTMENT POLICY
Those who are more than 10 minutes late (with no verbal communication with our office) will have the appointment automatically cancelled and will be charged according to the appointment types above.
NO SHOW TO CONSULTATIONS
Consult Visit with MD: The consult fee is nonrefundable and will not be carried forward to future appointments. A newly scheduled consult will require another payment of a $200 consultation fee.
Consults with RN or Aesthetician: A $100 charge that day to your credit card. Not transferrable to any future treatments.
BOOKING PROTOCOL
In order to reserve your appointment, we require a credit card when booking. For Botox/Dysport/Xeomin, we will not charge the card or place any hold on it. However, If you fail to keep your appointment, the card on file will be charged as per the above guidelines. All other procedures, treatments, and surgical consultations require a prepaid deposit. Please refer to your signed price quote for deposit costs when scheduling.
These charges will be billed directly to you as your responsibility. Your card on file will be charged that day. Your insurance will not pay for them. Please help us to serve you best by keeping to your regularly scheduled appointment.
